ANXIETY ATTACKS
Treating anxiety attacks, anxiety attacks symptoms, dealing with anxiety

Anxiety attacks are quiet common in all human beings even when they
are a kid. Kids get anxious to meet strangers .They sometimes makes a
lot of fuss to come in front of strangers who come to the house. Some
kids even cry when they see strangers. In the school when the teacher
asks some questions or scold them for being naughty they become anxious
and some even pass urine in anxiety. As they grow they pretend as if they
are not anxious. When they are asked to recite a rhyme or tell a story
in front of a big gathering they get anxiety attacks and feel butterflies
flying in the stomach. Sometimes they come boldly to the stage and then
get panicked and start uttering something or other or their mind goes
blank. In the school when they have oral exams they get anxiety attacks
when they see the teachers and forget almost everything they learnt and
start saying something irrelevant or say nothing.
This anxiety attacks can be seen in adults as well. Not everybody is anxious
about everything; some are very bold and face the problems with no fear
or anxiety in their face and also inside. Some become better when they
get exposed to problems again and again. If one is trained to speak in
front of the class everyday naturally he gets over the fear to stand in
front of a huge mass and become better. Some gets mentally affected by
anxiety attacks if they are forced to do the same thing again and again.
The anxiety attacks depend on the nature of the particular person. It
is generally believed being weaker sex women are prone to get more anxiety
attacks than men; Sometimes men living alone as bachelors get anxiety
attack.
People under stress tend to get anxiety attacks. Everybody tends to become
stressed due to work pressure in the modern world. We must learn to take
things lightly and at the same time have to be conscious in our work.
To get over this anxiety attacks doing yoga is a better treatment in the
early stages than making it get severe and go for medical treatments.
The way the children are brought up is one reason for anxiety attack.
In some houses the children are given a protected life, not giving proper
exposure to the outside world Such children get anxiety attacks even when
they see people whom they don’t know and these kids as they grow up don’t
have the mental strength to face the world. Even as kids they should be
brought up with no inhibitions and taught what is right and wrong in a
kind manner.
